Bethlehem Olive Wood is heavy, dense and durable with a distinctive
color that ranges in nuances of red and creamy pigments with irregular
gray, brown, and wild black lines. I enjoy turning this wood on the
lathe because it fills the air with the wonderful aroma of olives.
